How long does it take to produce a personalised gift?
Crafting your personalised gift to perfection requires a keen eye for detail and a touch of artistry.
Please allow us 14-20 business days to meticulously ensure that every aspect of your item meets our high standards of quality before we dispatch it for your enjoyment. Your patience allows us to deliver excellence.

6. Are there any restrictions on the type of image or text I can use?
In order to make the best out of the product we're asking you to have the size of the image in between 800x600px to 3024x4032px.

We have the limitation of the text up to 50 characters.

7. How do I upload my image or text for personalisation?
On the right side of the product image you can find Add Your Text field where you can add your text up to 50 characters.

Right under that field you can find Choose File button where you can upload your image in a size between 800x600px to 3024x4032px.

8. "Ready to go" - what does it mean?
"Ready-To-Go" is referring to products that are in stock and ready for immediate shipment. This means that you don't have to wait for production or customisation time. As soon as you place your order, we will quickly process it and have your chosen product on its way to you.

9. "Personalise Now" - what does it mean?
"Personalise-Now" refers to products that you can customise according to your wishes. On the Personalise-Now page, you can adjust a variety of products with your Images and/or Text, depending on the item you choose. This process is a bit slower than purchasing from our Ready To Go section, as we craft your product from scratch.

10. "Designed Products" - what does it mean?
"Designed-Products" refers to items that are digitally designed and made to order once you purchase them. We have countless creative ideas, but limited space to store all the products in our home sweet home. So, we've created a range of designs for you to choose from, and we're excited to start working on your selection!
